Within the scope of the EU REACH Regulation 1907/2006 EC, which entered into force on 1 June 2007 (European Union Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) our Company, which is established outside the EU, has appointed a consulting firm based in central Europe as the sole representative and has started working on the subject.
Our company regularly follows REACH notifications, participates in training-seminars and requests REACH registration documents from our suppliers. By sending our documents to our consultant firm, we get information about the necessary examinations and how to proceed. When all necessary documents are complete, our consultant certifies the final products through its supply chains to make sure it complies with the REACH regulations. With these certifications, we aim to continue our exports to the EU without issues.
Within the scope of our REACH Audit and Certification contract, we are trying to strengthen our position in the EU market as a producer and exporter.

The Bluesign® standard is an independent approval system for the textile industry that takes into account the entire production process and aims to minimize human health and adverse effects on the environment. Rather than testing the finished product, it analyzes each component, from raw materials to chemical components, water and energy sources, and ensures that potentially harmful substances are removed from the system before production begins.
There are 5 basic principles of the standard: Resource efficiency, consumer safety, air emissions, water emissions and occupational health & safety
In the year 2017, our company has accelerated its work for the Bluesign system.

Based on Greenpeace's DETOKS campaign to end the release of harmful chemicals and their use in production, we have begun to undertake the ZDHC commitment to hazardous wastes, targeted by large companies in the textile industry by 2020. In this context, the use of 11 groups of chemicals are expected to be prohibited from 2020 on, to ensure the use of safe chemicals throughout the entire life span of garment and shoe products, including household textile products. It is requested to establish and implement a Chemical Management System which prohibits the purchase and/or use of all chemicals listed in the MRSL (Manufactured Restricted List).
As a chemical manufacturer and dealer, we confirm the conformity of our products to ZDHC (MRSL) complying to the current list and honoring the demands of our customers to which we have responded to accordingly.
